What happens after I get in touch?

After you get in touch, you will be offered a brief phone consultation (15 minutes) at no charge. This allows you to share what has brought you to reach out, ask any questions, and consider whether working together feels like the right fit.

How long are sessions & how often do they take place?

Sessions are 50 minutes. However, clients can request a 90-minute session. Every individual is different, but therapy is often recommended weekly to begin with, as this helps provide consistency and momentum. The frequency of sessions can be reviewed together over time, depending on your needs.

What are your fees?

Information about current fees is available on the Services page. Payment is made by bank transfer at the time of each session.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice by emailing info@pointgreypsychology.com. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are charged in full.

Do you work with health insurance?

Dr. Laura is registered with selected major insurers (please reach out for details). If you are using insurance, please ensure that you have obtained pre-authorisation and confirmed your level of coverage before therapy starts. Any excess or shortfall not covered by your insurer remains your responsibility.
