Approaches
Dr. Laura works in an integrative way, grounded in humanistic and relational approaches that prioritise collaboration and an understanding of each individual within their wider context. She draws on contemporary cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT and CFT), alongside modern psychodynamic approaches. Her work is trauma-informed and attentive to patterns in attachment, relationships and emotional regulation, personalising therapy based on each person's experiences and goals.
Alongside private practice, she works within a specialist inpatient hospital service, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.
